Delivery time: 2-4 weeks. (*Please note that these are only estimated delivery times, so jade does not guarantee delivery dates.)

3. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged, if the item is damaged in transit, please contact us at support@jade.com immediately within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
Order Tracking:
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your order number, carrier information, date and time the order was placed, order status, and the package tracking number for the shipped item. You can track items 24 hours a day on your carrier's official website.
